According to the Company Act of 2006, Infrastructure Research and Design Atelier Pvt. Ltd. (IRDA) was established on September 10, 2018 AD, and is a corporate professional research-based architectural and engineering consulting firm that has been properly registered with the relevant Ministries and Departments of the Government of Nepal. The company was established with the intent to carry out its work with an emphasis on innovation, the use of cutting-edge methods, and the timely completion of tasks while keeping a high level of quality. With its extensive technical staff and tools, IRDA is well-equipped to handle projects involving all facets of architectural and engineering development, inquiry, and research work. Pre-feasibility, feasibility, valuation of buildings and land, detailed project studies, and report services are all provided by IRDA. In addition to these tasks, the IRDA also provides its services in project management, project research, project identification, and numerous other engineering-related tasks. IRDA is not just a business; it also aims to create a foundational platform where talented young people can learn soulful, ethical professional practice and conduct new research after completing their higher education.

The name of the company, "Infrastructure Research and Design Atelier," implies that it is not only a building and architectural-focused institution. Our long-term goal is to develop our consulting services in many fields of civil engineering and infrastructure. When we discover that the current methods for designing and building various types of physical infrastructure are not entirely satisfactory. Still, relatively simple physical infrastructure work is ongoing. But while they are being designed, these advancements are not being examined from the perspective of aesthetic dynamics. As physical infrastructures like stadiums, bridges, highways, dams, reservoirs, industrial plants, etc. are designed and built, it is becoming increasingly vital to include aesthetics in addition to structural strength. There are a lot of examples like: “The Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, United States”, “The Tower Bridge in London, England”, “The Karnali Bridge at Chisapani, Nepal”, “The Sydney Opera House”, “Beijing National Stadium known as Bird Nest at Beijing China”, which later become the living landmarks and center for the attraction of many domestic and international tourist. These unique facilities are not only well-known for their dynamic architecture, but they also serve as a source of income for the locals thanks to tourists. By incorporating contemporary technologies from wealthy nations, developing nations like ours must change ongoing mainstream and conventional engineering methods into more innovative, dynamic, and radical engineering forms. We can only compete on our ingenuity and originality with the rest of the world when we take a step outside of our comfort zone. The first prerequisite for participating in this is our willingness and our fierce drive, which serves as the team IRDA's primary source of motivation.
